PayrollThe Payroll module provides a wealth of features specifically designed to save you costs associated with your payroll while at the same time tailoring specific editions to your precise payroll requirements. It is a Windows only module making it very easy to use and offering full windows functionality. An employer can maintain an unlimited number of payrolls. Each payroll can manage an unlimited number of staff. Staff can be paid monthly, four-weekly, fortnightly or weekly with each category having a salary or hourly paid option. Payments can be made in cash, by cheque, electronically by BACS. The module includes facilities for SSP, SMP, SAP and SPP. It also provides a comprehensive range of options for company pension schemes and AVCs together with a range of standard addition and deduction codes. Additions and Deductions are under full user control so may be tailored to suit an individual company's needs. Postings from the payroll can be made to the Nominal Ledger if required and the allocation of nominal accounts is completely under user control. This is a great advantage of an integrated payroll as the costs for each employee are accurately posted to the correct nominal accounts with no manual intervention. Workshop/Hire links - Hours worked and recorded in the Workshop or Hire modules may be transferred to Payroll without re-keying. The module is fully integrated with online year end submissions; it is also updated each year for the statutory changes introduced by successive governments. The employee enquiry program provides easy enquiry into all relevant information, and offers drill down from the nett monthly pay to show all the elements and calculations. Key features are:
