The Hire module is a fully comprehensive system controlling the hire of Plant/Equipment on contract. The system also has the ability to handle operated plant and a comprehensive charging structure is available. The design of the system allows for many variations to suit the individual requirements of the Hiring Company.
Hire invoices can be raised as required; in advance, at the termination of a contract or produced weekly, monthly or quarterly in batches throughout the period of hire. Contract servicing with detailed periodic invoices can be maintained. All costs can be recorded such as servicing, repairs, operator time/expenses and depreciation. Overall profitability can be calculated by; plant group, contract, individual items of plant and operator. Revenue received is monitored via the Contracts system that can raise quotations, contracts, delivery notes, collection notes, off hire documents and invoices.
Maintenance schedules can be set up to keep track of regular servicing or statutory inspection of equipment/vehicles. Service history is stored in detail by machine and reminders are provided when equipment is due for scheduled service work or for mandatory checks (e.g. Lifting Equipment Testing Certificates, Receiver Test Certificates, MOT Tests, etc.)
