Operations Director
Scott Newton leads the Professional Services, Support and Customer Success teams at Ibcos, with responsibility for how the business delivers for customers across the full lifecycle - from initial engagement through to delivery, support and long-term success.
Scott brings over 20 years’ experience in SaaS, having started in Sales Engineering before moving into senior leadership roles across Professional Services, Customer Success and Support. He has worked across the full customer journey, with a consistent focus on improving delivery, retention and customer outcomes. Most recently, Scott has led global functions responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
Scott is known for his practical, people-first approach, bringing structure, clarity and accountability to how teams operate. He works closely with delivery and support teams to simplify processes, remove blockers and ensure clear ownership, helping the organisation operate in a more joined-up and effective way. His focus is on creating the conditions for consistent delivery, faster resolution of issues and stronger long-term customer outcomes.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and staying active, with a particular interest in golf, football and training.
